For women starting or returning to exercise. This adjustable fabric band is a practical companion for leg and hip exercises at home, at a pace that suits you.
What you receive
One polyester-cotton fabric resistance band with an adjustable buckle, in your chosen resistance and colour.
Choose your starting level
- Light: our lowest resistance and suggested starting point for beginners. Pink.
- Medium: a step up from Light. Green or dark gray.
- Strong: our firmest resistance. Pink, green, black, light gray or dark gray.
The buckle adjusts the fit and starting tension within your selected level. It does not turn a Strong band into a Light band.
Getting familiar with your band
Position it above your knees for suitable lower-body exercises. Adjust the buckle until the band feels secure without digging in, and check it before moving. Start with a short set of controlled movements. Stop if a movement hurts.
