A little extra cushioning for your time on the floor.
These two foam pads fit beneath your knees or hands during floor exercises and stretching. A simple addition to your home routine, whether you are getting started or returning after a break.
What you receive
- Quantity: two matching pads per set.
- Material: TPE foam.
- Thickness: 6 mm per pad.

How to use them
Place one pad beneath each knee or hand on a clean, dry surface, or on top of an exercise mat. Check that the pads lie flat and feel stable before beginning. Reposition them to suit the movement.
How much cushioning should I expect?
At 6 mm, these pads add a thin layer of cushioning. If you prefer more padding, place them on top of a thicker exercise mat. Choose movements that feel comfortable and stop if a movement hurts.
